One of the lesser know Costas situated just above the Costa Blanca and home to Valencia. Home to lots of small unspoilt towns and villages and still a popular location for Spanish holiday makers. There are far fewer large apartment blocks and less nightlife than on many of the other Costas. This is reflected in the price of houses on the Costa del Azahar which are much lower than other areas. If you are wanting to rent your house when it’s not in use you will find property in this are will not demand quite as a high a weekly rate as some of the more popular regions. However you should be able to rent it for most of the summer season and some of the winter. On the Costa del Azahar you will also find the city of Valencia if you are looking for a city apartment.
